How to Apply

Please send your application and all required documents directly to: ms.ethicsboard@gmail.com.

Our online application form is currently undergoing maintenance to improve our website. During this time, we are accepting applications via email.

Required Documents

To ensure your application is processed, please attach the following documents to your email:

  1. Cover Letter: A letter presenting your research.

  2. CEAB Research Proposal Form: In English.

  3. Research Informed Consent Form: In both English and the Local Language.

  4. Researcher’s CV: Your updated Curriculum Vitae.

  5. List of Supervisors & Staff: A list of all supervisors and staff involved in the research.

  6. Letter of Permission: From the authorized person of your organization or university.

  7. Ethical Approval: From your home organization or university.

  8. Questionnaires/Interview Forms: In both English and the Local Language.

  9. Certificate of Translation: (If applicable).
